Are your sheets 100% Egyptian Cotton? Yes, they are! We manufacture our products so that the quality is in our control and we can ensure that our products are not compromised. Are your sheets single-ply or double-ply? Our sheets are single-ply, which means that a single yarn is twisted to make a single thread that is then woven into the fabric, making the product softer. How deep is the fitted sheet? The fitted sheets fit up to an 18” mattress. What comes in a 3-piece duvet cover set? The 3-piece Duvet Cover Set includes a duvet cover and two pillow shams. What comes in a 4-piece sheet set? A flat sheet, a fitted sheet, and two pillowcases. Who manufactures your products? We manufacture most of our products in house. Our Egyptian Cotton is sourced directly from the farms in Egypt and manufactured exclusively for us at our partner manufacturing units there. The Bamboo Sheets and Goose Down Products are manufactured at our partner manufacturing units in China. Order Status Where can I find information on my order status and track my package? Please click on My Account / Order Status in the footer at the bottom of your screen to find all the answers for your order status. Can I change quantities or cancel an item in my order? Absolutely! Once in the Order Status page, you can click on “Change quantities / cancel orders" to edit your order. Once the order has begun processing or has shipped, the order cannot be edited. In this event, please call us at 887.567.4578 or email us so we can straighten this out for you! What do I do if my order never arrived or an item is missing from my shipment? Go to the Order Status page and confirm all of the items in your order have shipped already. If your order displays your package tracking numbers, check with your shipper for delivery confirmation. If this is still not right, contact us and we will sort it out. My Account How do I create an account?
How do I edit my account information/password? Click the “My Account/Order Status” link in the footer of our site to edit your account information. Here you can also change or have your password sent to your email. When will my order ship? Most of our orders are shipped within 24 hours. We ship Monday to Friday via UPS and USPS. Once the order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number. Pricing and Billing Do I have to pay sales tax? Only if you live in Virginia, our warehouse location. I have a question about my charges and I need a copy of my receipt/invoice. Click on the "My Account / Order Status" to review orders and print invoices. If I received a refund, when will my credit appear on my account? Credits usually take between 7-10 business days from the time we receive your item(s). When will my credit card be charged? Within 24 hours prior to shipment.
