I traded my old memory foam topper for this gel memory foam topper. What a huge difference! I no longer wake up through the night to cool off. Even with the room at 66 degrees I was sweating. Learned it's the nature of the beast with old toppers. This new topper has more support, keeps me cool, and has eliminated the need for a new mattress. I can't say enough good things about this topper other than to buy it! It's worth every penny.
