Exchange Policy
You’ll fall in love with our bedding—we’re confident of it. However, if you’re not completely satisfied or have ordered an incorrect item, you may request an exchange within 30 days of your order date.
Once we receive the returned item, we’ll ship your replacement promptly. We do not charge any restocking fees. If the replacement item costs more than your original purchase, you’ll simply pay the difference; if it costs less, we’ll refund the balance.
We provide prepaid labels only for items that arrived damaged or were incorrectly shipped.

We are unable to accept exchange requests for used or washed items.

Orders outside the 30-day return window are not eligible for exchange.
- Orders that received the exclusive 40% Black Friday discount are final and are not eligible for exchange due to the steep discount offered. All other Black Friday/Cyber Monday purchases made at standard sitewide discounts remain eligible under our regular exchange policy.
