Return Policy
You'll fall in love with our bedding, we promise. But in case if you're unhappy, you may simply return it within 30 days from the order date. After we receive the returned item, we will issue a 100% refund for the product cost. We do not charge a restocking fee.
We provide prepaid return labels only for items that arrived damaged or were incorrectly shipped.

We are unable to accept returns for used or washed items.

Orders outside the 30-day return window are not eligible for returns.
- Orders that received the exclusive 40% Black Friday discount are final and are not eligible for returns due to the steep discount offered. All other Black Friday/Cyber Monday purchases made at standard sitewide discounts remain eligible under our regular return policy.
If you would like to return your order, simply fill out our Return Form and our team will get back to you within 24–48 hours.
