- We recommend only dry cleaning as water might ruin the down.
- Down & feather-filled products are packed tightly during shipping. Remove them from packaging, fluff gently, & allow several hours to recover their full loft.
- Being sealed in plastic packaging sometimes causes the scent of these natural products to concentrate to a disagreeable level. A few hours of airing removes the odor.
You'll fall in love with our bedding, we promise. But in case if you're unhappy, you may simply return it within 30 days from the order date. After we receive the returned item, we will issue a 100% refund for the product cost. We do not charge a restocking fee.
We provide prepaid return labels only for items that arrived damaged or were incorrectly shipped.
